An engaging iPad app designed to teach children about the human body in a fun and interactive way. The app focuses on educating kids about five key body systems: skeletal, muscular, digestive, circulatory, and nervous. Using interactions, such as drag-and-drop and augmented reality (AR), the app makes learning an immersive experience, making complex topics accessible and enjoyable, sparking curiosity and understanding.

The Challenge
Developing an iPad app for children that teaches about the human body through different interactions, with a three-week deadline.
Project goals
App goals: Make learning a fun and memorable experience for children; Create a captivating mascot; Ensure the app is challenging without becoming boring.
Personal goals: Learn and apply UX writing techniques; Gain deeper experience in UI design for gamified apps; Hands-on learning with SwiftUI.

Results
The Swift Student Challenge is an annual competition hosted by Apple as part of its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC). It invites students from around the world to showcase their code and design skills by creating an app with Swift Playgrounds, which is Apple’s educational coding platform.
This prestigious challenge offers young developers a platform to demonstrate their creativity and technical expertise and gain recognition from a leading tech company. Among the many submissions in 2024, Bodyssey earned recognition as one of the top 350 projects selected by Apple.
